The Struminski Family

The Struminski family, with English roots and Polish heritage, has a rich history that intertwines with the events of World War II. Great Grandad Struminski, was compelled to leave Poland during the war, eventually finding refuge in Cornwall, England.

This marked the beginning of the family's longstanding connection with Cornwall. Today, the family's legacy continues through Sharon and Ivan, who reside in Cornwall and manage their property portfolio.

Their son, Aron, moved to Exeter in 2012 to attend the University of Exeter and has remained in the city since his graduation in 2015. The Struminski family places a paramount emphasis on the value of family, a principle that is deeply ingrained in their operational ethos.

Aron, the Founder and CEO, is distinguished by his profound passion and keen interest in a diverse array of fields, encompassing property, business, automotive, sports, and wellness.

His background in rugby, marked by semi-professional play in England and international representation for Poland, has equipped him with an in-depth understanding of effective teamwork and leadership.

Presently, Aron is fully committed to a renowned professional sports club in the South West, where he leads the club's Community department.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and disciplined approach, he is dedicated to continuous self-improvement. Aron places a high value on both physical and mental health, integrating these principles into his professional and personal life

Katherine Costigan

Administration Director

Katherine, serving as the Administration Director, brings a fervent commitment to making a meaningful impact in her role. Her dedication to fostering others' growth and helping them realize their potential stands out as a cornerstone of her professional ethos.

With over 15 years of experience in administration, she has honed her skills as a creative problem-solver, adept at navigating and resolving complex challenges.

Currently, Katherine is employed full-time with the National Health Service, contributing to their administration team. Her expertise is not confined to administration alone; she harbours a deep-seated passion for interior design.

Katherine is the creative force behind the company's sophisticated design and finishes. Her approach ensures that the spaces crafted are not just visually appealing but also highly functional, blending aesthetic elegance with practical utility.

Ivan Struminski

Construction Director

Ivan, the Construction Director, embodies the epitome of determination and ambition. Rising from a challenging upbringing within a modest family background, he has demonstrated remarkable resilience and tenacity, overcoming life's hurdles through sheer drive and aspiration.

Ivan's career trajectory is marked by remarkable versatility and excellence across multiple sectors. His expertise spans butchery, automotive repairs, construction, machinery plant hire, and property maintenance, showcasing his adaptability and skill.

In his current role, Ivan is responsible for the oversight of maintenance and repairs within the Cornwall property portfolio. Beyond his professional pursuits, he engages in a variety of hobbies, including a deep interest in automobiles, playing the guitar, and a passion for collecting watches

Sharon Struminski

Finance Director

An alumnus of Plymouth Polytechnic with a specialization in accounting, Sharon has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in financial management. Sharon is instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations of the Cornwall property portfolio. Her responsibilities encompass comprehensive oversight of management activities and the strategic handling of business finances.
